Deonjang is a naturally fermented soybean paste that goes well with any dish. The fermented nutty taste makes a perfect seasoning for any soup or stew.

CJ Haechandle adheres to the traditional values of traditional jangs (pastes) and selectively chooses fresh ingredients while preserving the tradition of Korean food.

This soybean paste ("doenjang") is rich in soybean taste with a soft and sweet finish. Doenjang is an essential Korean seasoning ingredient, along with red chili paste ("gochujang"). Korean soybean paste is a regular part of authentic Korean dishes. Soybean paste is often used as the main seasoning ingredient for soup, stew and "ssamjang"(dipping sauce for lettuce wrap), but also can be used to season blanched vegetables such as spinach.
